GoFiler Corporate is updated regularly with improvements, new features and to address changes from the SEC. These updates are generally released on a monthly basis to provide our users with the most up-to-date technology.
Purchasing a license of GoFiler Corporate entitles your company to all of these updates for one year.
Go16 and GoFormD
Go16 and GoFormD are also updated regularly with improvements, new features and to address changes from the SEC. Because these applications do not include the enhanced support and safety net you'll get from buying GoFiler Corporate, they can be enrolled in what we call the Automatic Upgrades Program.
The Automatic Upgrades Program is a yearly subscription that entitles one license of the software to all the upgrades released for that software throughout the year covered by the subscription.
Every purchase of our software includes a one-year subscription to the Automatic Upgrades Program for that license.
After your free enrollment ends, you can choose to continue participating in the Automatic Upgrades Program or you can choose to discontinue your program. For Go16 and GoFormD, you will have full access to all of the program’s functions, even if you choose to let your enrollment in the Automatic Upgrades Program lapse.
Because enrollment in the Automatic Upgrades Program is sold individually and on a per-license basis, you can choose to opt back into the program at any time. Enrolling one license will enable you to download every upgrade for one of your previously purchased licenses. Licenses that are not covered by an Automatic Upgrade Program are not eligible under the program to be upgraded automatically.
The Automatic Upgrades Program is done on a per-license basis, so the end date of the Program enrollment may not be the same for all licenses owned.
Note — Only licenses that are running the feature release of their respective software can be enrolled in the Automatic Upgrades Program. If you wish to enroll an
out-of-date license, you must first upgrade it. Feature releases are signified by the second number in the version. For example, Go16 3.0a and Go16 3.0g are the same feature release, while Go16 3.1a is not.
