Primary EDGAR Filing Website
The primary EDGAR Filing Website is used to submit the majority of SEC EDGAR forms. Note that, while you may submit EDGAR forms via this website, and the EDGARLink Online application provides the tools to fill out the form data for each EDGAR form, you must prepare your primary document and exhibits using your own software prior to filing. The SEC does not provide tools for creating or editing HTML, ASCII, XBRL, PDF or image files.
* Note that the EDGAR System accepts filings between 9:00am and 5:30pm Eastern Time. Filings submitted to the EDGAR System after 5:30pm Eastern will have a filing date of the following business day.
Online Forms Management
The Online Forms Management Website is used to submit certain XML forms to the SEC. Note that, while you may create and edit ownership forms as well as Regulation D forms, the Online Forms applications does not provide tools to prepare HTML, PDF, or ASCII exhibits. You must use your own software to create any necessary exhibits, such as a Power of Attorney, prior to filing. Using the Online Forms Management Website, you can then assemble your filing and complete the ownership form.
|The Online Forms Management website allows an individual or company to create, edit and submit Forms 3, 3/A, 4, 4/A, 5, 5/A, D, and D/A.||6:00AM to 10:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday|
