SEC Staff to Hold Investor Advisory Committee Meeting
The SEC has announced that a virtual Investor Advisory Committee meeting will take place on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The public may attend this free event, which will be presented live via webcast at sec.gov. {expires: 2023-06-23}
The meeting will cover committee matters, including subcommittee reports and approval of previous meeting minutes. Panels will be presented on the following topics:
- Private Funds/Markets and Outbound Investments in Countries of Concern
- Ensuring Digital Engagement Practices Responsibly Expand Investment Opportunities
- Audit Committee Workload and Transparency
- Registered Investment Adviser Oversight
- Recommendations regarding Single-Stock ETFs and 13D/G, 10B-1 and 9j-1
