With the filing deadlines for November approaching, and with filers acclimating to the SEC’s EDGAR Next requirements, we strongly encourage users to submit filings prior to their deadlines to avoid any last-minute complications. November is a historically busy filing month. Given the high amount of traffic on the EDGAR System and the newness of EDGAR Next, filing as early as possible should facilitate a smoother process.
