Filers still have time to enroll in EDGAR Next through December 19, 2025 through open enrollment, which allows existing EDGAR filers to transition to EDGAR Next with their current EDGAR login information. Enrollment in EDGAR Next, which is available on the dashboard of the EDGAR Filer Management website, is now required to file to the EDGAR System. After December 19th, enrolling in EDGAR Next will require the submission of a new Form ID.
Listed below are helpful instructions to help you get your enrollment underway:
- Coordinate with all individuals and entities who currently file on the filer’s behalf
- Compile data needed to enroll, including the filer’s central index key (CIK), CIK confirmation code (CCC), and passphrase
- Confirm that appropriate individuals have individual account credentials from Login.gov to log into the dashboard to enroll and to take actions for the filer
- Be prepared to provide data about the persons whom the filer will authorize as account administrators during enrollment
