The SEC will hold a roundtable to discuss Rule 611 of Regulation NMS and other related rules and regulatory requirements. The roundtable will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. The event is free, open to the public, and registration is required only for those attending in person.
The roundtable will feature industry experts that will present the following panels:
- Potential Changes to Rule 610 of Regulation NMS
- Potential Changes to Rule 600 of Regulation NMS and Market Data
- Impacts on Best Execution
