New Year’s Hours

Both the SEC and the FERC will be closed Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observation of the New Year holiday. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on that day. Filings with a due date of January 1st will be due the following business day, Friday, January 2nd. eForms will accept filings submitted on January 1st.{expires: 2026-01-03}

Novaworks will be open till 1pm ET today, December 31st with limited email support. Novaworks will also be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Normal e-mail and phone support hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET) will resume on Friday, January 2nd.
