The SEC encourages filers to use the most recent version of taxonomy releases for XBRL filings, so they may benefit from the most current tags related to new accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and other enhancements. For a complete list of supported standard taxonomies, visit sec.gov.
The current version of the GoFiler Suite (6.4a) includes support for this taxonomy, as well as helpful tools that will make tagging filing fee exhibits simple and quick. We recommend you keep your software up-to-date to receive the latest changes from the SEC.
