On March 30th, the SEC alerted filers of two separate issues:
The EDGAR System is Experiencing Delays with Fee-Bearing Filings
- Due to technical difficulties, acceptance and processing of fee-bearing filings submitted to the EDGAR system is delayed. The SEC’s technical staff is working to resolve the issue.
EDGAR Forms 3, 4 and 5 Country Code Technical Issue
- The EDGAR system experienced a technical issue in which some Form 3, 4, and 5 filings and amendments, disseminated between March 18, 2026 and March 20, 2026, were posted with an incorrect or missing country code. The primary technical issue has been resolved. The SEC’s EDGAR technical team is actively working to correct all impacted filings. No filer action is required at this time.
