Most of us in the Internet world have heard of the security bug called Heartbleed. Now, there is new threat called POODLE, which is also known as CVE-2014-3566. (For those of you who don’t know, CVE stands for “Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures”.) POODLE is an exploit that takes advantage of an SSL 3.0 vulnerability.

Completely Integrate Your EDGAR Filing Software With Legato
With the release of version 4.1d of the GoFiler Family, you may have noticed the addition of a new menu on the File and/or Submission Ribbons (depending on which application you are running). These new menus contain “extensions” to the application, written and developed by Novaworks’ staff using an open scripting language called Legato.
