XBRL US to Host Second Webinar in Series: Mastering New SEC XBRL Requirements for Investment Management Filers
XBRL US has announced that it will host the second of two virtual seminars to familiarize investment management filers with the new SEC XBRL requirements under the SEC’s final rule, Securities Offering Reform for Closed-End Investment Companies, which will be effective August 1, 2022. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET. {expires: 2022-06-08}

FERC Proposes Rulemaking for Filing and Reporting Requirements for Interstate Natural Gas Company Rate Schedules and Tariffs
On May 19th, the FERC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) seeking feedback on potential modifications to the way Natural Gas Act (NGA) section 4 rate case filings are submitted by interstate natural gas pipelines. NGA section 4 rate case filings are submitted by a pipeline when it seeks the FERC's approval to change its rates. The FERC expects the rulemaking would make such filings more accessible, comprehensive, and consistent.
