New Release (5.20a) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.20a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 23.3 and contains new Form F-SR, changes to Form N-CEN, the new SHR XBRL reporting taxonomy, and other improvements and corrections. SEC Publishes Current Draft for EDGAR Filer Manual for Comment

The SEC has released its draft of the EDGAR® Filer Manual, Volume II: “EDGAR Filing” (Version 67) to allow filer feedback and to help filers prepare for potential updates to the EDGAR system which is detailed in the draft and scheduled to be implemented in EDGAR Release 23.3 on September 18, 2023.
