Version 6.2a of GoFiler will be released later today to facilitate the transition to EDGAR Next. This release contains all of the necessary functionality to submit filings to EDGAR Next and will automatically switch to EDGAR Next mode tonight at 10:01pm Eastern.

On September 15, 2025, enrollment in EDGAR Next becomes required in order to continue filing to the EDGAR system. Currently users can enroll their CIKs in EDGAR Next with only their current EDGAR information. Open enrollment in EDGAR Next ends on December 19, 2025.
