SEC Publishes Regulatory Flexibility Agenda, Seeks Comment
The Agenda recognizes rules that the SEC intends to consider within the next 12 months that will potentially have a sizeable economic impact on a large number of small entities. A final rule for Filing Fee Disclosure and Payment Methods Modernization is included for Agenda items that have a structured data component (refer to the proposal for this rule).

- forms S-1, S-3, S-8, S-11, S-4, F-1, F-3, F-4, and F-10
- preliminary proxy statements related to a merger
The items detailed in the Regulatory Flexibility Agenda for Spring 2021 reflect only the view and priorities of the Chair of the SEC, not necessarily those of any individual Commissioner.
