SEC Proposes New Amendments to Proxy Rules Governing Proxy Voting Advice

On November 17th, the SEC voted to propose amendments to its rules governing proxy voting advice. SEC Announces Proposed Amendments to Electronic Filing Requirements

SEC Revises EDGAR Cipher Update Notification
